Clinical Supervision

An hour away, just for you.

“Clinical supervision has allowed me to reflect on my practice and encouraged me to progress in my career. I felt comfortable with my supervisor and was able to be honest and open to discuss any subject, which is vital to fully benefit from the supervision. Clinical supervision has made a positive impact on both my personal and professional development for which I am grateful.”

— Band 8 Supervisee

Clinical supervision is a term used to describe a formal process of professional support and learning.

We are delivering clinical supervision on a one-to-one basis for all Band 8 and Band 7. For Band 6 and Band 5 staff, training and supervision is accessible via the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) programme.

All sessions are one hour long. One-to-one supervision will be provided at least six times a year, with four sessions available for group supervision.

All supervision is delivered virtually via MS Teams.
